Hostoa is leaf in the old Basque language, it is an encounter with the vineyards in autumn, and the harvest time, the grape harvest.

It is the recipe readapted into an exquisite cologne of red wine (zurracapote or aromatized hot wine) so traditional in our towns, and of the nuts and roasted chestnuts that are beginning to appear on the streets.
