Erlea is made with wild rosemary and thyme from Rioja Alavesa, and with enfleurage (maceration in vegetable shortenings) from the flowers available in our surroundings and our garden. (almond trees, violets, lilies.)
Erlea is a bee in the old Basque language, they are the queens of pollination, they open up to new life. In Basque culture son revered and treated with personified language.
