ORDERS AND SHIPPING

PREPARATION AND SHIPPING TIMES

We prepare orders between 1 and 2 days after the payment/purchase enters the system.

We sent iton working days and hours, from Monday to Friday in the mornings(from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.) in certified national public post offices, so that you have a tracking number.No shipping or delivery on holidays or weekends. So if you order on a Friday it will most likely ship on Monday, and if you order with holidays in between it will ship the next business day, but that won't indicates that it can arrive the next business day.

In order for it to be the correct shipment, you must indicate the exact shipping address.

ORDER ARRIVAL TIME

Theconventional national orders(normal time, not urgent)   they usually do not take more than 72 hours to arrive, but they may take longer, although we have not had experience of delays of more than 1 week. Take into account the holidays of your locality or at a national level, weekends, summer, and the time of the order, since it usually affects the delivery of the order. 

Theinternational ordersOutside the EU, it usually takes no more than 72 hours to leave the country. 

The pinternational editions in EUThey usually do not take more than 48 hours to leave the country.

From here, your local post office is in charge of getting it to you, you can look at the tracking number for more information.

Therush ordersThey usually arrive no later than 48 hours in domestic shipments.

SHIPPING PRICE

The prices stipulated for 1 or 2 products are:

SPAIN:

  • National shipments without packaging: €5

  • National shipments with packaging (box): €8

EU: 

  • International EU shipments without packaging: €8

  • International EU shipments with packaging (box): €15

OUTSIDE EU:

  • Non-EU international shipments without packaging: €10

  • Non-EU international shipments with packaging (box): €20

This is for 1 or 2 products, the price increasing with the weight/add of heavier products.

Remember that the more weight and size the order usually increases the price, that is why we offer a small letter option (without packaging, just a bag and postcard or card), or the box option, with larger packaging, which sometimes doubles or triple the shipping price. 

RESPONSIBILITY FOR DELAYS/LOSS

It is not our responsibility for delays due to the shipping company,  despite this,We take charge of mediating and resolving it as soon as possible.e, and if there is a problem, we do what we can.

If an order is lost, we take charge of returning the money or making another shipment. 

 

It is not our responsibility for delays due to holidaysthat usually incur delays caused by the workload/services of the company that sends,or adverse weather conditions. 

RETURNS AND WARRANTY

If once the order arrives latewants to return it, the client no longer wants it, they can return it in the14 days later, .For more information you can readour terms and conditions.

We have a guarantee and return policy, as long as the product is in good condition (unused) or if it has been used, it is returned due to not being in good condition/errors. This policy is 14 calendar days, for more information read ourterms and conditions policy.
